David Arrese, MD, FACS


David Arrese, MD David Arrese, MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgeon with special interests in endocrine and gastrointestinal surgery. He is also board certified in surgical critical care.

Dr. Arrese received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). He completed his surgical residency at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan, New York, where he served as surgical chief resident. Dr. Arrese completed fellowships in surgical critical care at North Shore – Long Island Jewish Health System in Manhasset, New York, and in surgical oncology at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Arrese is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, and American Association of Endocrine Surgeons.

Dr. Arrese lives in Worthington with his wife and daughters, and he is a certified search and rescue scuba diver. He also enjoys golf, soccer, water sports and racquetball.
